For Graduates

Overview of the programme

Forty2’s Graduate Programme aims to build the next generation of Consultants in collaboration with our Clients and Partners.

Candidates are selected and hired by Forty2 based on the clients/market demand, then they are sent to various trainings. During the training programme, they can be made available (part time) to Forty2’s clients free of charge for a duration up to 6 months.

After Period 1, the subsequent periods are commonly agreed with the graduate, depending on business needs as well as the graduate’s interest.

Period duration: from 1 to 3 months depending on the domain

Programme duration: 4 to 12 months
